Just wanted to check in since it's been seven cycles since she last got under 70 and wondering if it's time to reevaluate the dose or keep on 3.75.

Sorry no one responded earlier. The question prefix is good enough but maybe add "Dosing advice" to the title to grab attention? Some days are crazier here!
