I'll be picking up the keto sticks on my way home, and the 'Pee Ladle' is ready and waiting. I just hope I remember to hide the ladle when guests come over- right now it's hanging from a hook above the little box, clearly marked 'FOR PEE - NOT SOUP'.
There we go- evening shot done, and ketones tested & negative. We're still on the dry food until the weekend when we can be around to monitor any changes.
Question- should we keep Max at 1.5 until after a curve? We'll be doing at least 1 over the weekend, and he'll be off the dry food then aswell. I haven't been able to get a reading close to his nadir, so I have no idea if he's getting closer to blue (hey- I'd settle for yellow!). I'd normally try to get one in at 2am, but I'm bushed. It's been that kind of week. Any suggestions?
We'll probably do a mini curve of Sat (along with food change) as we may have to pop out in the am. I was thinking we'd take readings at +3, +6, +9, then do +2, +4, +6 and so on, on the Sunday.
