Yesterday - Bounce day

My theory is that Luci needs 2-3 days to clear a bounce. Let's see if she'll prove me right or (typically) wrong. At least we're back to our regularly scheduled injection times...that took a few days!

Happy Sunday everyone - healing vines to all the kitties here! Hope beans can get some rest today!

And as usual her bean is a fool for even thinking she can second guess THIS cat and her response to insulin - bounce predictions are out the window!:eek::eek:
Good thing I don't try to play the stock market huh? With my abilities I'd have us broke in no time at all!

I'll just have to leave it up to Luci to tell me when she's going to do what with her numbers as my predictions are a useless waste of time :D She got in a little surfing today! :joyful::joyful:

Looking fantastic today Luci!!!
Thanks Amanda! How's your baby Loudogg behaving today? I saw that pink start...but it was lower than yesterday...any tests you haven't posted? I hope he comes down to the lagoon and surfs some with Luci - she's still pretty shaky up there on the board...and I'm always a nervous wreck when she surfs!:eek::eek:
I don't know why that is - I want her so badly to be in the green numbers - but whenever she goes there I just about have a nervous breakdown!:rolleyes: I also run thru a lot of test strips because I'm so afraid she'll take a dive...I just about sit here and totally expect her to fall off and go under to visit those darn sharkies...she always seems to want to get there (with those bad boys) and I'm constantly on my toes testing, testing, testing...until she gets back on the beach...at which point I can take a breath again...now what sense does that make?:confused:

I hear you completely! I've been at work this weekend, which is why there's been little to no testing during the AM cycle (talk about frustrating, right?!). I asked Caleb to get me a couple of tests today, and apparently one of them around +6 was in the 200s I believe, so he was decreasing at a steady rate, which is good. I'd have the number but my husband sent me a typo with the number and hasn't gotten back to me, haha. So I know he's decreasing nice and steady, but not where he was. Those greens are so desirable, but it's amazing how often our kitties decide to go swimming at the most inopportune times! I'm with you - I cannot wait until they get their sea and surf legs so we don't have to hover so much!
