Yesterday's Condo
A surprisingly good start for Willie today... didn't get our condo updated last night (unpacking!!), PS in the 80s, 90 at +2.5 and 115 at +5. This morning's PS was a welcome surprise. Willie was cross last night because the bean imposed a curfew on outdoor time. Much back and forth, but the bean held firm. We are experimenting with LB placement as we have had two poo on the floor incidents. I thought there was a 3rd in the garage, but it turned out to be a slug! :shock: :shock: Won't describe my reaction in detail, but screaming like a girl was involved. Meanwhile, Willie just huffs a "well, if you would just let me outside, maybe these things wouldn't happen." Such catitude!!
Willie has rediscovered tuna flake treats and is like a crack addict with them. He's been getting them occasionally with pokes, and now if I try to reach for the purebites, he makes eye contact, then headbutts the tuna flakes. :shock: well, ok then. He was very whiny when I was trying to leave this morning, hence the +3.25. Because that was a decent drop, and because this morning's PS was almost 30 points lower than his +5 last night (which had been trending upward), I fed a little Merrick California Roll mixed into his Wilderness Duck when I left. Tonight is and italian dinner with DS (expiring groupon!) and bringing what will hopefully be the last load from the apartment over to the house! Woo hoo! gotta figure out how to keep Willie out of the tomato plants. They are currently in plastic lined cat litter buckets... trying to decide whether to just leave them in buckets or attempt a transplant at this point. I can put the buckets along the chain link fence and secure the plants to it, or I can plant directly in front of the fence. I have what my friends lovingly call a "black thumb of death," so any suggestions would be most welcome!
