Yesterday's condo

Shadow ate his +8 snack and his breffis and is being his usual sweet self. Giving his fur a nice cleansing. I was surprised when I saw his BGs at +8 so I set the alarm for +10 too. The last time he was 99 at that time he kept going down so by AMPS time he was 49!! Data is good to have...and BOY, we SURE do have a LOT of that!! :lol: Scrolling down his SS gives my finger a cramp. He had risen to the 135 so I felt better about our morning prospects. Sure enough, his AMPS were fine today and a little bit lower than yesterday's. I am amazed that I had a sane thought at 3:45 am too....I am always kinda surprised in the morning over ~O) when I read what went on during the night. LOL (The red Menil is delicious BTW!~stronger than the yellow package!)

I would be very happy if his 252 last night was his bounce. I mean, wouldn't THAT be amazing? Antijinx....Antijinx....
Dare I hope that his liver is doing well in LT school finally....is it possible that it is happening?

What is it about our little sugar boys? Logan is the sweetest kitty, too...except when he's hungry! :lol: He's the most affectionate cat. He greets everyone that comes through the door. He's our little cat-dog. :mrgreen:

great looking numbers lately guys! I see there are a couple kitties sitting in this neighborhood today. Maybe if they all hang out together and put some peer pressure on each other, they might all make it down to greenland today!!

It arrived!!!!!!! The Sun is here!!!!!! I can't belive it. It's getting warmer and hopefully it is going to stay for a while. OMG I have to mow the lawn and sweep the driveway and, and........

Thank you Pat for sending the sun! Looking good Shadow! Maybe we can have a grill party here soon? Grilled Grasshoppers are Spooky's favorite. :mrgreen:

Hi Pat, Next time I order from Meinl I'll get some of the red-package coffee and try it. BTW, did you hear in the news yesterday that people who drink more than 4 cups of coffee (real coffee, not decaf) are 35% less likely to develop cancers of the head and neck than people who don't drink that much. I guess most of us here on the FDMB will like to hear those statistics!!

Hello, Pat! Bonne Fete Nationale de Luxembourg a toi, aussi! You can let your two know that Buzz will be hosting a party for Bastille Day (July 14) so they don't feel that they've missed out on the international flare of the season. Maybe Stu can figure out how to make diabetic-friendly crepes.

I hope Shadow surfs the blues (or high greens) today. Looks like there are a few kitties starting out well today.

He scratched his neck open again after I took off the bandage. I bought an E-collar at Petsmart and I am going to have to try it. :sad: I was hoping that it would keep healing. I clipped his back nails but that didn't make a difference. Two steps forward and then three steps back. What a nightmare! :lol:

So, Shadow you are allowed this little bounce, every other day. He will come down again Pat. Now I expect to see some low greens tonight or tomorrow, ok? I hope that 293 was the peak of the bounce.

He has been clearing his bounces pretty quickly and I hope that continues. June has been looking good for Shadow as Carolyn/Latte said.

And Monique... eww on the grilled grasshoppers, but if it makes Spooky happy.... well, what can I say?

Well, that's the way it goes....he has had the e-collar on since late this morning with only a break at meal time. Poor little guy acts as if he is in shackles for some reason...as if I am punishing him....I hate this so much. Hope he comes down from these high yellows soon....

Maybe the beams are already affecting Shadow! He needs one of our old aluminum Hats!! To deflect any beams transported to us!! Alioons are all around..Just ask Punk & Jackie--We had them back then...
