6/23 Pumbaa AMPS/541 - not unexpected after yesterday's dive

I loved seeing Pumbaa in the blues and greens all day yesterday.

I wish his bounce this morning wouldn't have been so high, but it is what it is. Now I just sit back and wait for the bounce to clear. Wash, rinse, repeat, as they say! And, "kitties bounce until they don't".

Well, Pumbba did enjoy his green day yesterday. A nasty red is only a record at a certain prick, it wont lasts long.
Pumbba, come down! Rosy's in the yellow waiting for you. You remember Rosy? Your diving classmate.
Enjoy your weekend Suze! You're working morning shift again?

Well, the colors are different than yesterday, but Pumbaa still gave you a 200+ point drop at the same point of the cycle. That's nice to see.

Helen: Thank you! I read your post to Pumbaa and hope that he listened!

Rosy seems to be doing good! Only one red in the last two weeks! Her dives and bounces are getting shallower, which is great!

Hope all is well for you in Hong Kong!

PS: Yes, I am now working days again. I liked working at night, and wish it would have worked out. But I couldn't function with all of the daytime tasks that I need to take care of, and my animals were not cooperative about me working nights. Maybe I should have stuck with the test for more than two weeks, but I was more of a zombie than I am now, working days. *sigh*

Carl, thank you for pointing out that 200 point drop from AMPS to +6 two days in a row. I'm going to have to go back and see how often this has happened. It helps SO much when others look at the spreadsheets, because you all will notice different things since you can see the entire forest, and not just the trees I am surrounded by. :)

Of course, I would love to NOT see 200 point drops in any day. I pray for nice, steady blues and greens with no dives, and no bounces. I also want to win the lottery. Hahahahaha!

I was correct about *how* horrendous, but why is it still lasting so long. :-x

Wonder if MammaDale isn't right that these kitties have been sneaking out drinking?

You know during that 10 minutes when we doze off. @-)

Re: 6/23 Pumbaa AMPS/541 - not unexpected after yesterday's

Pumbaa seems to bounce off of his bounces. :(

He could have dropped into the high 100's last night after the +4 reading, but I doubt he went much lower than that.

I think they're ordering pizza with anchovies when we doze off. Hahahaha!

I do have to watch out for that now, even without anchovies.

Another problem is tortilla chips. Most cats would rip into the bag and have at it if they wanted. Like any dog.

But I have 2 cats, Chip is one of them, who reach into the bag and grab a chip and you'd never know it.

(and no that's not how he got his name)

That is they snag the corn chip with a paw and pull it out.

Chip used to be able to stand on hind legs like a mercat and reach up with his two front paws to open a normal height door. Round door knob, he could open a bedroom door by gripping and turning the knob with two paws.

No carbs here that Pumbaa could be getting into. I have been a Nazi about this for over 2 months. Even when I am cooking, like meatballs today, I make sure that no crumbs are left out, ever, so as not to entice Pumbaa to eat anything other than his low carb food.

But he did get on the counter today, and try to get at the parmesan that I had measured into the bowls of meatball ingredients! I gave him Parmesan on his feeding table, and that satisfied him, thankfully!
