6/23 Maus AMP/178 +2/157, +4/105, PMP/168, +2.5/84, +3.5/61, +4.5/65, +5.5/68, +10/91

Off to a slow start after last night's green steak. I need to be away from about +4 - +11. DH is home and can feed but she doesn't normally eat much mid day. I may feed some carbs before I go.
 
Leaving till +11, fed 1tsp 10%. My first non-negotiable day at the 'office' & of course after all that yellow, yesterday was a sea of green. So nervous
