A bounce can last up to 72 hours. There's no way to know if numbers have cleared or if there have been low numbers that triggered another bounce since you haven't been getting PM spot checks for the past several days. I would not be comfortable making a dose recommendation with several of the recent days not having any spot/nadir checks.

lori, if gizzy's bounce is clearing he may be heading towards some lower numbers tonight.
please get some spot checks tonight as sienne suggested...
