6/23 Buca OTJ Trial day 5. AMBG 66

He's been eating a lot lately... i've been trying to feed him the smaller meals but he gobbles them down so fast. Also, I think the FF is giving him some sort of allergic reaction, because his eyes are slightly puffy. There's no discharge, just a little swelling around his whole eye lid. I usually switch between the Fancy Feast and Whiskas pate's, so I'm going to go back to the Whiskas and see if it clears up.

It's nice not to worry about poking him to test him all the time, but I still do spot checks to ease my mind lol... and make sure to add water to his food because I even had a dream last night that he became sick with struvite crystals again! oh how I worry :lol:

Happy day five to the cave kitty!

My mum has one that would like to be a cave kitty but she doesn't allow it because she's worried she'll roll on him and squash him, he still manages to sneak himself in there some nights though :lol:

Are you sure it's the food that's causing the swelling? That sounds more like a plant reaction, like hayfever. Good idea to test the theory and give him no FF for a week or so though and see what happens.
