? 6/23 Bella- Balance Issues

Balance issues???

Our Bella (16) is still unregulated, and seeming to have balance issues. I have purchased some methyl B12 but waiting for it to be shipped from the US. Today I saw her shake her head and slip over completely off all her legs. I took her BG 15.3mmol/L/275mg/dl.
