Yesterday

Rainy and overcast here, but Purrcie wanted to go out, so everyone went out. He is their fearless leader. We have a nice covered porch where he and the civvies hang out on rainy days. I used a couple of those rubber tubs turned upside down and put kittie beds on top. Also cut kittie doors on the short sides with beds inside so they have hidey holes if they like that on chilly days. They work great!
On sunny days they just lay everywhere basking.

Purrcie is feeling much better this AM after 1/4 baby aspirin last night and sleeping on a heating pad. Man he was so passed out he was snoring. It was so cute!

If today is anything like yesterday, Purrcie will be surfing blue soon. Great start for the AM. It's also good to hear that Purrcie is feeling better.

Hey Sienne,

Maybe Purrcie and Gabby can both surf blue today! Purrcie says "Get your bathing suit on Gabby, let's hit the beach!"

Wonderful picture, Myla! Great idea about the plastic bins, too. I'm going to try that. Glad to hear that Mr. Purrcie is feeling better.

I had several tubs left from moving. They are great for storing stuff, especially kitties. They love them! They like to ride the roof like Snoopy. You can see how I cut doors on the short sides and turn the tubs upside down so they are wide on the bottom. And put beds or blankets inside. These have beach towels inside for summer. :lol:

Hmmmm seems to be inching closer into the yellow rather going down to green. Could this be because of him not feeling well and the pain in his leg yesterday? Would this take a day or two to clear? Or?

hmmm. not sure here. could be pain induced raise in BG. that would certainly do it. I am lousy at reading SS.
is purccie a free feeder?
could be a high before a drop. that is all that comes to mind right now

Yes he is a free feeder, but he hasn't been eating much the last few days. The pain put him off his feed too. Today he was more interested in food but with CRF too, it plays heck with his appetite.

You are right, it could have been a food spike. I had just gotten home and hurried to test him, so he could have eaten and I would not have known. Thanks for that!
