Yesterday
Toady was a good day as far as Shadow's eating is concerned. I gave him his Pepcid and then decided to wing it with the other meds. He ate without them so I was happy. I had given him 1/4 of a tablet last night around dinner time and he ate well for the +4 and +8 snacks during the night. And today too....
I went to buy some Wellness for a change and they both seemed to enjoy it. He had 4 Ps today.
The vet called last evening after hours and told me that his bloodwork was ok. Not much of a change in anything from the last one we did in Feb. She was concerned about how his kidneys were and things seemed ok so that was good. no need to do any further testing on the blood they extracted...they did enough for other tests if we wanted.... We both agreed that the Pancreatitis test was not needed....we were just going to assume that he is dealing with that again. Other than pain meds, there is nothing different that we would do if we had that test done. And he doesn't seem to be suffering nay pain so those meds are not needed right now....
All-in-all, he is doing much better with food in his system. Seems so much better.
