6/22 OT: UPDATE on LUCY (Squallie’s Mom)

Please keep our dear and beloved Lucy (GA Squallie’s Mom) in your prayers. She has been in respiratory ICU on a ventilator for five days. She was removed from the ventilator today but had to have a tracheotomy. She is on the lung transplant list and will remain in ICU for the time being.

I am in touch with her sons and they are keeping me updated.

We love you, Lucy!!!

Lucy, we love you, please feel us loving you. Sending healing strength and all good things your way. Use our strength in this struggle and make your way back to us and to health.

I look forward to hearing that you're home safe and happy, Lucy, where your kitties can take care of you with their healing purrs.
 
Glorious Archangel St. Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners.
We beg you, assist Lucy in all her needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the medicine of God,” we humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of her soul and the ills that afflict her body.
St. Raphael, of the glorious seven who stand before the throne of Him who lives and reigns, Angel of health, the Lord has filled your hand with balm from heaven to soothe or cure our pains. Heal or cure the victim of disease. And guide our steps when doubtful of our ways.

May God hear and answer our prayer according to His holy will and for His greater glory.
We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, AMEN.

I definitely will!

I don’t have any new news about her condition but I’m assuming she is stable as I haven’t heard from Andrew or James in the last day or so.

However, Andrew told me they are reading all the posts to Lucy so keep them coming to cheer her up! Post as often as you like to keep her spirits up. If you want to send a card in the mail, please send me a PM. I don’t want to broadcast her address since we do have scammers that get on the board.

We are all pulling for you, Lucy. You are family and we are all keeping you in our prayers with love, healing vines, white light, snowflakes!!!:bighug::bighug::bighug:

You are soft like a pillow, come comfort her mind.
You are warm like a blanket, wrap her safely inside.

You are soothing like birdsong, bring joy make her laugh.
You are cleansing like water, flood through and restore.
You are healing, Lord Jesus in your name and power.
