Yesterday, green start and drift up.

It looks like Neko is gearing up for her bounce to the numbers the night before last. It often takes her 3 cycles to really get some good elevation on the trampoline. Timing works for me, I'm out of here soon to catch the ferry for lunch/visit with DM for her birthday. 93 years young today.:)

Neko is getting really used to getting her Azodyl/yoghurt combo in the wee hours of the morning. After she got her test, she made a bee line for the kitchen and was underfoot until I delivered. She has always liked dairy, but I've not given her any since her diabetes Dx. Fortunately, it doesn't seem to be affecting her numbers.

It's a typical Neko morning. We have 4 P's so far, play comes later. So the naP in the solarium will fill in until then.

I bet you DM is living so long because of the island life! Lots of artisans and calmness.:) enjoy the trip.
 
Nice of Neko to time her bounce so you don't have to worry. I hope you have a good visit with your parents. Happy Birthday to your DM.
 
Is that Tess I hear rolling on the floor laughing at what you call a bounce? :p Whatever it is, Neko, nice timing. Mama appreciates the day pass so she can visit the grandbeans.

93 years young! Good for your Mom, birthday wishes to her. So glad that you are able to get away today without having to worry about your Neko girl. I wonder what she`s doing right now --- let me guess --- lounging in the solarium.:cat:
 
Nice of you Neko to arrange a day pass for your bean! Remember, though, it's just a day pass.

Just as expected, something yummy and Neko will be there with bells on. And of course, she'll be there first.:joyful:
 
And as expected, the main part of the bounce has arrived. :rolleyes:

Ruth, Linda, Carla, Tricia, Peg, Lori, Marilyn, Bron, Rhiannon, Liz - We went out for lunch on the island. Less work getting the house ready, plus my parents are being cautious with water now as they have a well. Darn lack of rain! My 95 year old DA joined us for lunch and my DU (DM's younger brother) and his wife were also on the island and joined us for tea and cake. It's good to have a fun reason to celebrate. I didn't get any chores done around their house though, that'll have to be another visit. DF has been busy with the wood splitter and always appreciates a second set of hands on stacking the wood.
@Tiger and Ruth - Olympic brand Krema, greek style organic yoghurt made with milk and cream, 10% MF. Apparently the high fat yoghurt is best for Azodyl.
@Linda and Scooter & Jack - After over 3.5 years of Neko bouncing, I've gotten used to it. I pulled my hair out ages ago.
@Tricia & Cinco - Selective non testing makes the bounce look better:p, dunno what Neko got up to during the day, but it was at least yellow, could have been worse.
 
Glad you had a lovely day with your parents, and happy belated birthday greetings for your DM. Hope Neko returns to some blues and greens soon.
