Just a suggestion, can you test again 3-4 hours after some of these higher numbers? You don't have to do it every time (I assume you're going to work), but sometimes. We want to see how much she is coming down after food.

No problem Libby. I will get in a few more spot checks tomorrow. She eats every 3 hours, but I can make sure she eats her breakfast all at once (she likes grazing) and get a check when she hasn't eaten in 3 hours.
I hope she's just having an off night tonight. Her PMBG was 138. I fed her and retested in 1 hour, 136. And then again at +1.5, still 135. Ugh. I'm too sleepy to stay up any longer. I hope she's lower tomorrow. DH will test her at +9.
