6/22 Lantus Dose Adjustment? Advice Appreciated

Could someone take a look at Zed's spreadsheet and let me know your thoughts on how the insulin is working for him and if we should go to 1.5?

Good luck with the new dose. By the way, your spreadsheet says you are following TR. If so, you need to try to get a second test in each and every cycle, including the night time ones. Many cats go lower at night. We determine how to change the dose based on how low that dose takes the cat, hence the need to see at least one other night time test. A test before bed is a good one to get, as long as it's at least a +2.
