Jessica seems a little bit less hunger but still drink and urinate a lot.

Thank you very much for your analysis on Jessica Ultrasound and blood test result. Since my English is not that good, sometime, I don't even know how to ask her, especially some medical terms that I'm not quite familiar with. Now I have a better idea what I should ask. I've provided all the test results to my family Vet and he will call me to discuss what will be the next step to tactic Jessica's problem.
As you mentioned, the internal medicine Vet didn't raise the questions concerning her kidney, liver or lymphoma. May be she don't want to overwhelm me with too much information. Her idea may be to see whether Jessica has any gastrointestinal disease, that's way she recommended a B12 test first.
Anyway, I will wait for my family Vet's suggestion Monday.
