I'm sorry about your migraine. I hope a btb helps a lot Do you know what triggers them? Sending you lots of feel better vines and prayers.

Hi guys! Thanks for all the caring thoughts ♥ Hoot and I just stayed in bed all day. I-) Luckily my DH was home all day to help as I caretake an 89 year old friend here at home also. Their not actually real migraines, I have a pinched nerve in my neck and sometimes I sleep wrong and forget it!! But I haven't had one this bad for a very long time. I think it's time to get the massage therapist for some shoulder and neck work :smile: Well it's back to bed for me. :YMSIGH: Have a good night :YMPEACE:
