Wrigley was 59 after 3 hours. That was a pretty big drop for 3 hours. I will test again in 30 or so to see where he is going.

nice! that 1.0u is working for Wrigley! If I were you, I'd try to keep him over 50 for a few cycles on this dose to hopefully help those higher numbers come down.

Should I give him some extra food now to try and keep him over 50? His feeder just opened and he got a little 15 min ago. He only has 1 more portion in his feeder that opens in an hour 45 min at midnight.
Also since tomorrow is Monday, we will be at work during the day and won't be able to test him during the day anytime this week.

hmmm, if he just ate that would be the equivalent of you feeding him again now.
well, maybe if this dose is enough to send him below 50, since you won't be around to manipulate his cycles it would be better to just know it and be able to reduce now. So I'm rethinking and would say to not try to prevent him from going under 50.

I know. I love the timed feeder. Before we got it, I didn't think we would need one but decided to try it. It is so awesome.
It is a Petsafe 5. We have had a weird issue a couple times the last week though. Twice in the last week, it has turned through 2 sections instead of just 1 turn at one of his timed feedings. I make sure the platter thing is completely seated and manually turn it once right before I feed him the first time to make sure all is good. I hope it doesn't continue to happen.

yikes - i haven't seen that happen, but that's not good.
Not too long ago I saw someone said they had 2 feeders so they could schedule 8 openings. I thought that was brilliant. There were a lot of times that we'd set the feeder for the morning, then either my husband or i would come home, test punkin, and reset the times to open more during that day. We could've used 2 some times.

5 hours and he is 67. He is surfing good tonight.
I think I am going to put some extra food in his feeder before going to bed. Might have it open in an hour with more food.
