Voula, Amy, Elise, Lyresa, Carla, and Tricia - Thanks for stopping in yesterday! Sorry I went MIA, lots of family catching up to do at my cousin's baby shower meant it was a long day. Then, about a half hour after I got home, we had a big storm and lost power for a few hours! Noodle had a decent if not high day, I expected it with the BCS and skip Friday.

Elise and Tricia, thanks for the reminder on smaller meals with the Cypro. I listened yesterday, but was on autopilot this morning and we had a little scarf and barf. It wasn't her whole breffis and she's been fine eating her normal mini meals since. Whew.

Heck of a drop you just threw me Noodle! I was about to head to my parents for Father's Day, but I'll be hanging around here for a bit longer to make sure she's coming up. Gave a little honey to slow the drop. So glad to have learned that trick @Bron and Sheba, I believe you said @Sienne and Gabby told you about it? It's been so useful!

Bloodwork update: Everything looks perfect! Got an email from the vet today -- a Sunday morning & holiday, no less. If anyone needs a vet in tbe DC Metro area, please let me know... I really have a keeper in her! Everything is good and her cardio biomarkers are perfectly normal. We are scheduling a dental for either 7/9 or 7/10. She mentioned a vet at the office who is particularly skilled, so I'd like to get it with her. My doctor doesn't do them herself, but wants to be there when they do it. I also need to ask about the drugs they use and how she'll be monitored during surgery. :nailbiting:

Happy Fathers Day, L&LL! Hope everyone has a great day.

Wow that is a big drop. Come on up so mama can be with her DF please. Happy Father's Day to your dad.

Good news on bw too. You are lucky that a vet does the dentals. My vet's office uses a tech but he is there to supervise and watch after the dental so they say. I feel guilty every time I have a dental for not going to a dentist but the cost is just too great and my vet is very conservative.

Noodle! The bean has plans. Get your cute little self up to a nice safe surf! Now.

Dental plans sound good! (What a great vet you have.)

Whoa, Noodle, a dive off the high board? Yowza! Glad to hear all her b/w looks good, Tricia; yes, sounds like your vet is a keeper.

Thanks for the visits everyone! After she seemed to be surfing nicely, I left and spent most of the afternoon wrist deep in veggie burger "meat," then polishing off the finished product! PMPS was at +12.75 thanks to losing track of time in the throes of my food coma, but it seems she's spent the day surfing nicely. Appy still good thanks to cypro, I gave another 1/8 tab tonight (1/4 this morning) since it seems the 1/4 tab faded a bit in the PM cycle yesterday. Hopefully we have another blue and green cycle tonight, but I do anticipate a bounce soon.

Nothing like a little drama to start your day off! Nice job getting her up to a more comfortable number. Now, Noodle, stay off the trampoline, please. You looks so much prettier on your surf board.

I believe I've said this before, but you have a great vet! I'm so happy to hear about the b/w and the cardiac tests. It'll be interesting to see what happens to her numbers (and maybe her appetite) after the dental.
