6/21 Karamelle AMPS 258 +2 227 +5 157 +7 145 +9 230 PMPS 339

6/20 Karamelle AMPS 330 +2 365 +5 318 +9 332 PMPS 378

So it appears shes broken the bounce, so we'll see what this dose will do now. Nothing else to report. 💙
Super she’s clearing so fast but that means tonight might be active. We want to be sure she doesn’t give you a low number at AMPS.

When would you like to test again? I’d suggest no later than +9.5 to +10 so if she’s really dropping near nadir, you can get her back up before PMPS so you aren’t shooting a food-influenced number.

I can test whenever you think. How about +9 and +10?

Yay I'm so glad her bounce didn't last very long! I'm not super familiar with how Levemir works but from some things I've learned about it I do wish it was still available here.
You're doing great Jo. I hope she has another nice cycle this evening. 💕

Well apparently, her bounce wasn't finished since she went back up at +9. Hopefully it won't go up too high.

What do you mean by a push to clear the bounce? Do you do something besides wait till it clears?
Oh no no, I'm sorry for the confusion, I see how that sounded. but I just meant their body isn't quite ready to break the bounce yet. It's like they start to, but don't have quite enough "oomph" to get there (which is how it was worded to me when I asked this same question). And that's a common thing for bouncy cats.
With bounces unfortunately there's nothing we can do except wait it out and try to be patient

Oh ok, I thought I was missing something. Yeah, she definitely wasn't ready yet to come out of the bounce.

You are understanding it correctly. There’s nothing you can do but wait for the bounce to clear. I was really hoping she would do it today. Bounce = sleep.
