Morning Lori - So sorry for the pink this morning. I bet Gizzy comes back down soon, it seems to be the pattern. I do understand the disappointment, having been there so many times. Hang in there, Gizzy has made alot of progress.
So Gizzy - how about some more of those blues? You can do it!

Thank you both for the encouragement. Needed that today! Really thinking that I need to make THE DECISION sooner than I would like to. Gizzy is in so much pain with arthritis/neuropathy. He's miserable and can barely get around. I started him on injectable glucosamine yesterday and will get some B-12 vitamins today as a last ditch effort. I know the glucosamine may take up to a month to see results and I just don't think I can put him thru a month of this. I always thought he would pass from a complication with his diabetes - never something as silly as arthritis pain! This is killing me!!! He's like a child to me - but my mantra has always been "good life and good death". I never want them to suffer just so I can selfishly have a few more months with them. Yet I struggle with "who am I to decide when it's time??"
