Hi Katherine. Thank you!!! We are staying cool during this 100 degree heat wave! DH didn't get his gift yet because it was delayed-fedex. But he got a nice homemade card.Happy to see Tiger shaking off those yellows today, Kathy! Hope you and DH had a nice day!![]()
Hi Alex and Shane! I have been admiring Chloe's adorable face!Hi there! We haven’t met yet, but I came across your post from a few weeks ago about using Zobaline (or equivalent) for your cat’s twitching. My Chloe has been having trembling and twitches, though her BG is coming down to safe levels. Would you mind sharing a few details about what brand you use and how you dose the cat with this?
And did you talk to your vet about this at all before you started? We go on Wednesday, and I’m wondering if it’s worth bringing up since my vet is not super up on FD.
Thanks!
Thank you so much for this info! And I will make sure to give a boop on your behalfHi Alex and Shane! I have been admiring Chloe's adorable face!
Our vet is very busy and I don't ask her much...
I rely on my own research a lot both for human and cat issues. My husband and I have been taking the methylcobalamine form of B12 for quite awhile. It is involved in many bodily functions including nervous system health. I buy the nutricost brand from amazon. 2,000mcg, 240 capsules. $13.95. I open a capsule and sprinkle a little bit on each dish of food and fold it in. Not very scientific lol. A capsule lasts a couple of days and B12 is water soluble so it is a tiny dose and there isn't any worry about toxicity. It does seem to be helping him have fewer twitches. Today was very hot here and he actually had what I would call a tremmor, so I turned on the a/c and gave him a little food with some B12 on it.
Thanks for asking and kiss that big cute Chloe nose for me!
