116 is the lowest Sister has been since I started testing. Is this too low to give her insulin at 7:30am? Thanks.

With meter variance of 20% it’s about the same as yesterday. Test again at 7:30 and see if going up. If not still, don’t feed, and test 30 minutes later. Post again at that point.

Lantus is dosed based upon how low it takes your cat. You need to get some tests each cycle between +5-7. At night get at least a before bed test. She might very well be dropping under 90 and earning a decrease.

She already ate. My method is test, feed, shoot. Am I doing it wrong?

When not sure whether to shoot, you don’t want to feed until you see them if she’s coming up. Most of us test, feed, and shoot within 5-10 minutes. If less than 20 minutes since she ate would you test again please?
I edited my post. She might be dropping lower during the cycle and nadir tests are needed.

@tiffmaxee is right. Today's AMPS is within meter variance of the 126 you shot a couple of nights back.
It would be great if you can get midcycle tests every cycle and a before bed test at night. We don't know how low she is going on this dose.

It looks like you skipped. Please write NS on the spreadsheet and change to AMBG instead of AMPS.
