AMPS 284 Still trying to come down off that high bounce. Hopefully today she will drift down. Eating well and everything else seems OK with her.
After a week of rain, there are blue sky's above...I hope it lasts...the ground is very wet and squelchy.
Thanks Elise, Marilyn, Ruth, Carla and Suki for your support yesterday. Because the site was down (thanks Robert for getting it up and going again) I didn't see anything until this morning.
DGS is much better. The children's hosp he goes to has a fantastic action plan for asthma. @Tiger and Ruth normally he can be managed at home but he was seen by a local dr in the evening and his oxygen sats were only 94% at rest and the dr wanted him to go to hospital. These days they give more ventolin than they used to......he is only 3 and he was having 4 puffs ventolin every half hour until the wheezing stopped. Also started on small dose prednisone for 4 days which reduces the inflammation and makes a huge difference.
I had no grandkids yesterday so thought I would be able to sleep all day........but...one of my back teeth I have been having treatment on started to really hurt and I ended up spending a good part of the afternoon in the dentist chair having a root canal done
I went to bed at a reasonable hour last night and because Sheba was dropping slowly I only got up the once. But I am so overtired now I found it hard to get to sleep. Hopefully today I can catch up on sleep. Wish me happy ZZZZZZZ please!
