I think we are finally over the effect of the fur shot. Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans. It got quite cool--in the 40s. Today is another cool, sunny day and we are promised this good weather through Monday!!!!! Tomorrow is the first day of summer.

At the moment Rusty is napping in his basket. He ate his first sitting of breakfast and is waiting for his schmooze. bbl,

Wishing all a good day, TGIF! Sending vines to all in need,

Ella & Rusty

Morning Ella ~O) ~O) ~O)

I think one can safely say Rusty is over his fur shot. What a great amps this morning, and I expect he is off to the lagoon. The meister will shortly be on duty!

Nice on your weather! We are due for a few good days too. I am so looking forward to sunny skies. We were due for rain this morning, but it looks like that sun decided to come in early. YAY! Outdoor time then maybe for the boys. Enjoy your sunshine today.

Have a great day too. I hope all goes well.

Re: 6/20 Rusty AMPS 116

Nice start to the day and it looks like a great rest of the day to follow. Ilove cool night for sleeping, luckily we tend to be cool at night all year except for a few when the winds are off-shore.

Re: 6/20 Rusty AMPS 116

Nice numbers! Oh the dreaded fur shot. It seems as though he is cleared it though.

I to like cool sleeping weather and hot days. We are swimming in MN we broke all the historic records for rain this week so todays sunshine is a welcomed sight for those who are flooded.

Keep up the great numbers Rusty!

Thank you Ella. :-D

The LagoonMeister got delayed. He was hunting chipmunk and then he ate most of his breakfast about an hour before that +5. So we'll see where he is later today. Chip Chip and Mrs. Chip escaped again! The Mighty Hunter is asleep in his little bed, taking his afternoon "down time". He finished his lunch (unusual; he normally saves it for the late afternoon).

The beans just finished getting their canoes on the car for tomorrow's paddle. We have also been busy trying to get the musty smell out of a 20-vol. dictionary of music that we are donating to the library. It had been stored in the barn. So I found a remedy online: put about 2 inches of kitty litter in a plastic tub with lid; put a sheet of newspaper on top of the litter; put the books on top of the newspaper (these are big volumes, so I put 4 in each tub); put a sheet of newspaper on top of the books; put a little kitty litter on top of the newspaper. I also put a box of baking soda in each tub. Snap the lid on the tub and in about a month the books are supposed to be free of odor. Stay tuned. We only have until July 11th, so we'll see if any of the musty smell gets out. Kitty Litter to the rescue!! (I used Arm & Hammer unscented, not Rusty's World's Best.)

Now, to test Rusty and then to go out for a short ride on my clunk bike.

bbl,

Ella & Rusty

Nice blues today for Rusty. It will be interesting to see if the kitty litter gets rid of the odor. Enjoy your cool weather. I'm so jealous. We're in the upper 80s with high humidity. Yuck.

nice, Rusty! Back and beyond where you started from this morning! So glad he enjoyed the munk hunt and also glad that Mr. & Mrs. Munk are able to enjoy another day.

Boy, kitty litter is a very versatile item, isn't it! I am curious to see if this works.

Have a good evening you guys!

Rusty looks like he is back on track. Rusty must have enjoyed his hunting. Canoeing sounds fun. I only canoed once with my class, but I kept hitting embankments and I had a close call with a parked boat. I was the last canoe to get up the river. I would like to take my kids. I heard kayak's might be easier until I get the hang of it.

Nice recovery from the fur shot and ....whew....I'm glad the squirrels live to see another day    He is a great hunter in his mind ;-) And that's the best place!!

I hope you have a great time tomorrow on your canoe trip. I had to laugh when you said it was in the 40s. That is our winter temp
