Good Morning LL. DH here. Marje is at TBP. Hope you are all doing well.

The former queen of the high dive seems to be back this morning. She had a beautiful AM cycle yesterday, then bounced up into low yellow last night for some reason. She was still low yellow this morning, then dove back to green with authority. At least she got up on the kitchen counter and acted hungry to give us a clue at +2.5. She hasn't done this kind of bounce clearing dive in a long time. It has been a slow descent till late in the cycle lately. It looks like I have her stopped for the time being at least.

Gracie is a happy girl this morning. All P's in place. She and Tobey are on the new condo together, watching carefully for tasty lizards on the back patio. I often wonder what they would do if they ever actually got their paws on one. I guess we'll never know unless one gets in the house.

Time to get some chores done between pokes and before the temp outside reaches spontaneous combustion levels. Hope you have a great day.

Hey Marje, glad to see Gracie leveled off in that nice green range. Hope she continues to surf there for you.

And I hope you stay cool today. It's been real hot here the past few days but we got a bit of a reprieve today. Definitely not as hot as your neck of the woods though

Thanks for visiting us while we were away, Marje, and for your help with those MJs. But I need more help! Can you please explain to me what you meant in your advice yesterday?

So I just measure my dose consistency with the calipers and assume what is I.

I had an awful time with tonight's dose. I couldn't tell how far the insulin was up into the hub. Even though the needle came almost all the way down to the zero line, it looked like insulin all the way up to the top of the cone. I used the calipers, but I think I need new eyes. Too bad they don't have colored insulin!

Tobey, if you catch a lizard, make sure you sprinkle it with cimmamum before you eat it!
