If you don't see anything by end of tomorrow's AM cycle, I'd bring out the big guns. Typically it'd be a 1 unit increase, but maybe 0.75 unit this time to get you back on the line.
He's feeling pretty yucky. Sleeping a lot. Spreading out in his side, playing dead. Normally "asks" to go outside at least once during the evening but hasn't in two days. He's still eating like a champ though.
I rather start the 13.5 in the morning. I'll be home to monitor and steer all day both cycles. Thursday morning we will be gone from +3ish til +9.5ish. Then Friday I'll be gone from +3 til pm +2. DH will be feeding and poking am tomorrow, am and pm on Friday.
He's been mostly high and flat so I figured it's safe to increase tomorrow.
Next week my schedule is a bit crazy but we'll figure it out this weekend.
That's what I'm stressed about. If I increase tomorrow pm cycle and he waits a cycle to start moving then he will be active the morning I'm not home to monitor.
If I increase in the morning I will be home for the first and second cycle of the new dose.
