Without benefit of any tests last night, I'd venture that this looks like a bounce.

I really want to underscore the importance of getting a before bed test every night. It is entirely possible that Loki dropped into the 40s overnight and then bounced into the 400s by your AMPS. Based on the numbers on your SS, you'd begin thinking about increasing the dose. However, if Loki did drop that low, you'd decrease. It is for this reason that getting at least a before bed test is so important.

That number is upsetting. I sure understand that. Zener is there all too often. I think Sienne makes a good point that it's impossible to know what do with the dose without having the midcycle data at night. The risk of a hypo is too high. Come down, Loki, nothing interesting up there.
