Late condo today. I still have to figure out how to link yesterday's intro condo. :shock: :?

We had a bit of excitement at an ungodly hour this morning with a house behind my building catching fire. The fire dept was using a chainsaw at 4:30 this morning! *yawn* It got me up to do a test though! :-D

Hopefully tonight will be a bit less eventful and a better night's sleep!

It definitely did a number on the 2nd story of the house. It's unfortunately been sitting there empty for about 3 years and they've had problems with squatters in the past, so I suspect that's what happened. It was an eyesore before, so I'm hoping it will get knocked down finally. Ah, the joys of city life! :lol:

Yesterday was a nice, peaceful day and all three of us had a nice afternoon nap together (I'm still tickled whenever my two girls curl up on the bed at the same time, even when they are on opposite ends! :-D ) Thanks for checking in!
 
Yes- our city usually has to find the current owners when someone passes on. Can take years. We've had two houses torn down because they were abandoned, falling in, most likely squatters.

Got to know you are all safe and sound.
 
Well, in this case, they had raided the house and got rid of a drug dealer. :? I think someone else owns it though. It's just been sitting there condemned all this time. This is the problem with being an early adopter of a neighborhood unfortunately. :roll:

Thankfully our fire dept is the best and got it out safely!
