Pretty good day, we did about 6 loads of laundry, the cats loved it.

I also fed Buddy, Kona and Cleo's brother... a ball python snake. Below is a video of Cleo totally fixated. I was watching Poltergeist in the background. The whole scene was kinda funny so I snapped a quick video.

Omg, Jason, this video is freaking me out! With Kona watching the snake. I had no idea you had a snake, too. (I’m so worried for Kona and Cleo’s safety…can you tell I’m a Mom??);)

And with the movie playing in the background. It’s giving me chills :woot::eek::woot:

That's Cleo watching the snake. Kona could care less about him... has no interest whatsoever. :rolleyes: Cleo is the freak and is interested in getting close.

I've had the snake for about 16 or 17 years. I didn't actually "want him," a neighbor kid at the time basically couldn't take care of him anymore, so I've had him every since.

He is chill, very nice, just hangs out in his cage. It's safely sealed up. The cats actually don't go near the cage at all. Cleo is only interested when he is in a box eating his mouse (thawed/frozen, never live). You typically feed them out of their cage in a separate area.

I love him and think he's gorgeous. ❤️ Also, the combo of Cleo's big eyes, the background audio from the movie, and the mouse slowly disappearing - LOVE IT.
The giant bulge in buddy's neck from the mouse is me with a giant bulge from the ribs/taters/corn I had for dinner. I feel equally full. :joyful:

Ok I’m glad he’s safe and friendly. But that mouse in his throat (blech). I’m so squeamish about that kind of stuff. lol.

Sorry I misjudged and didn’t realize it was Cleo. Pretty girl, please apologize to her for me :bighug:
