Vet visit was a bad experience. We are switching vets. I didn't really get any guidance on what to do other than a b12 supplement or an over the counter med to help constipation. Rumpy was so scared also and he's never been like that before.

I was updating my vet about his numbers and she acted like his green numbers were wayyyy too low and that his insulin dosage was too much.

That's a common theme with vets …..but they aren't really used to the level of care that we give our cats. They usually deal with people who don't home test at all so they want them higher to decrease the likelihood of a hypo.

Once I got my script for Lantus, I didn't even take China back to the vet for her diabetes. I believed in the people here more than any of the vet's I saw.
