This is only her second drop below 50 on this dose...but, since it's early in the cycle and she's so close to going below 40, should I consider shaving her dose tomorrow, even though I "halted" things by bring in HC? I'm not quite sure which way to go...thoughts are appreciated!

I agree, Sienne...47 one hour after gravy. Usually, gravy takes her up more, and lasts close to 2 hours. So...I'll shave her dose tomorrow.

I agree with Sienne. If you have to struggle to keep numbers above 50 or feed a lot, it's time for a reduction.
