I've been trying since yesterday to get an Internet connection.

I need help. I don't understand what is happening, why does Topper's bg keep dropping? I just reduced him from 3.75f on 6/16 to 3.50f, then yesterday from 3.50f to 3.25f and on that reduction he dropped below 90 again.
I'm supposed to reduce AGAIN??
It's time for his shot right now and I don't know what to do....

I think you could decrease to 3.0u. It could be that the pancreatitis is getting better and he's in less pain, so his BGs are coming down.

He's feeling good Liz, he did throw up last night between +9 and +11, I wondered if that might have led to him coming down lower again.
He's eating on his own.

I know what you mean, Jan. Hugs to you. And computer problems, ugh! Surf safely, Topper. I'm glad you're feeling better.

I think it's OK that you reduced. However, what I suspect happened last night is that Topper's depot hadn't caught up with the dose reduction. When you change a dose, for some cats you don't see an immediate response. It can take a cycle or two to actually see the effect of the change in dose. Think of it like steering a battleship. You may turn the steering wheel but it takes a couple of minutes for the ship to turn. There can be a delayed reaction. I think that's what may be going on with Topper. Usually, we try to not reduce doses too closely together. If you see that Topper's numbers aren't staying in this current range, increase the dose back up.
