Edit for +3 - Back to green. If I can keep some kind of food going for Mouzer, he can keep it down, but if his stomatitis messes with him and he cant eat, I dont know where this will go.
For now, green.

First of morning post:
Mouzer is feeling well except for the stomatitis pain but for Mouzer he is well this morning.
I have an appointment to go to this morning and I will be stopping in at my mom's place, on my way home, to tend to my chickens and the kitties I have over there and mom's kitties and I have to mow mom's yard, if the rain doesnt start up by the time I am able to do that. If the rain does start up, then I will just do the chores on the inside of her place haha either way, there is work to be done over there hahaha You all have a great day!

Hi Cheryl.

Since Mouzer had a blue number this morning, can you get another test before you leave for your appointment? At least an hour or two after he eats? That way we can see if he brings his BG down on his own.

I hope you can get all your chores done today.

I do plan to get a test in right before I leave. I had to get on to bed after feeding him last night. I had to coax him into eating a 9pm meal and he ate 1.5oz. He was green at 8:30pm but it was at 99 and high enough for me that is getting to blue. This mornings blue made me do two test in a row lolol Both showed 130 - Then to get him to eat brekky, I put 3oz out for him but when I went back to him, I had to count teaspoons of what was left to know he only ate 1.5oz. I get 14tsp out of a 3oz can of this food he is eating. I noticed, some 3oz cans - like other flavored foods, only get 12tsp -
I dont know what makes that, so if I open another flavor, I dip out in tsp to count, so I know how many tsp are in the can lolol

When I did his test, if he would have come out with a 101 or maybe on up to 110, I would have backed off on the test and given it a break this morning until this evening. But that 130 causes me to want to test again - too high of a 100 for me to feel comfy with. But also is the knowing he only ate 1.5oz for a pm meal. He was wanting to eat before the pm time, yesterday, and I did not stop him because with stomatitis, you just dont withhold food from them. It doesnt work that way. If you withhold food because you want x amount only to be given, that may have been the meal they needed before not being able to eat again for however long until they get so hungry they force themselves to eat through pain.

I dont have to leave until 9:35am est and I will be getting a test around 9am est, just so I know where Mouzer is before I have to leave here and not get back real fast. If by chance his number goes up, instead of down from the 130, I will prolly just stop in at mom's long enough to tend to the animals and put the home maintenance chores off, so I can get back home for another test.

Come on back down to greens Mouser. The pain could be keeping his numbers higher.

Cherryl, rather than post on the older thread about the Go Fund Me for animals, what happened for me is that a friend started the page for me and one of her friends saw it and he was good friends with his Vet and showed it to him. That Vet offered to do the surgery for me a fraction of the cost. Maybe it could be written up in a way that asks for donations of a Vet's services. There are still a lot of Vets you are generous with their time. Keeping fingers and paws crossed for you.

I do not believe there is a vet in my area so generous hahaha They all want that almighty dollar and they will let your animal die, right there in front of yours and their faces, if they dont get it and up front. It is obvious we need vet service for many here. There are several other kitties having to deal with other issues and there are these - Mouzer and Tommy Cat - needing thousands of dollars each for them. This is the Greater Tampa Bay area, where money talks - and that is all that is heard. People have to share the needs for these animals - which is a huge issue. I have too many page fans who only want to see funny stuff with animals - they are not interested in sharing any needs for animals.

Another thing that has hurt is facebook made some changes and it caused over two thousand page fans to be removed from our page - whatever facebook did. I have found some of them and had them look to see they had to relike our page -- but I have been so busy with trying to keep up with animal chores and all I have to do and Mouzer did a real knock here with added time needed for just one animal - I havent had time to go out to invite pages to like and share our page. I just got enough time, yesterday, to catch up some of our page with posting the invoices of expenses I have had to spend on the animals since Mouzer's long hours of green - and to put up thank you notices to a few who made some donations to us. It is a lot of work just trying to keep up with a page to try getting help to these animals.
