Morning,

No dose increase this weekend, lots of stuff going on...

Yesterday he scared me, went to 127 at 4+, as I am going out the door for day surgery, left him extra food plus his lunch & prayed, got home, quick poke showed 209. I felt better! and went to bed...

Saturday he had a great day, watching chipmunks, playing ball, napping with momma!

Little problem with his insulin last night and this morning, last night I think I got a fur shot, not sure, and this morning he backed off the shot. Weird.
I did see a little bubble in the bottle, so am changing out his insulin tonight, see if that works.

Hi guys .. bummer on the fur shot and the bubbles too .. hoping the new pen brings out some nice numbers for junior .. hope the surgery went well and that you are feeling good today .. have a great day!

A bubble doesn't mean the insulin is bad. I've had bubbles (a big bubble) in a pen and the insulin has been fine.

I hope you're feeling OK after surgery. (Was it your surgery or your mom's? I was confused by your post vs. your SS.)

It's hard to know if the pinks are from a fur shot or if Junior bounced off of the 127. It looks like he can still bounce off of blue numbers.

I thought bubbles were bad, it still has that insulin smell.

and Thanks, I am feeling better today, yesterday was rough, and it was me, mom is ok!

I wasn't sure on that 127, bounce or what? if not the insulin....then I will stay with 2 units this week, and see where we go.
