She didn't seem to bounce a lot in the past so I wasn't expecting such high numbers. Yesterday evening were lower than today after her AM dive.

I'm pretty sure the shot went fine, but I did have a little doubt. At +2 the Libre graph showed a sharp descent so I figured the insulin was having its effect. But then the BG leveled out in the high 200s.

Could it be also because I fed carbs? But that was two cycles ago so it wouldn't show up now would it?

She is just bouncing from the lower numbers of yesterday morning. Numbers can bob up and down during a bounce. The higher carb canned food you fed yesterday will not affect subsequent cycles. If she clears the bounce tonight, you might be in for your first PJ party! So take a nap if you can :-)

Where's the unlike button! :nailbiting: That's not exactly the kind of party I had in mind, but....

Anyhow, thanks for the warning. I better go to sleep now then since I can. I hope a senior member or two will be online then! I know you'll probably be asleep right Bhooma?

Yup. I will be snoring while you are partying. ;) Elise and Angela are in the US and likely to be around.

You've handled lower numbers before. It's all about feeding and testing every 30 mins (for numbers over 50).

I will be on and off. First remove the "?" icon if you have questions answered, then put it back up when you need help. Rather than tag certain people, it's best to change the subject line to something like "need help, low numbers" or something that. That way anyone who has handled low numbers (and there are a lot of us), can step in to help. I would also remove the AMPS numbers, and just list the PM ones on the subject line - makes it easier to see if a situation is developing where you might need some help.

I imagine by now we probably won't see numbers much lower. I'll stay up another hour at least, but I just wanted to know if it was safe to relax and ease up on the monitoring, and go to bed in about an hour.

Well, scratch that, the Libre just showed me 100 at +6.5 so....it looks like we're still headed down, kind of late in the cycle.
