We reduced to .10 again recently and I am not sure if it is going so well.

Thoughts about what to do now?

Increase back up to .15 again?

Stay with .10 for a few more days to allow her system to adjust to this dose?

Seems her AMPS and PMPS are going up on average.

Thoughts on the dose for tomorrow morning?

Today:
AMPS - 278
+10 - 260
PMPS - 244
+3.5 - 207
+6.75 - 228

Thanks in advance,
Jill

I saw you got down to a 41 on the previous dose.

If he has been diabetic for over a year, you may want to go back to that dose until he slips below 40 mg/dL on a human glucometer. (Note: tight reg guideline)

You might slightly up the carb level if you won't be home to monitor near nadir.

remember that lev is based on the nadir # rather than the PS's- ugly as they may be.

His ss shows he was better on the .15 dose- taking him into the mid double digits but maybe too low? How about a .125 dose for a few days- can you do that?
