GOOOOOOD MORNING LL!!! How i've missed you all and i'm glad to be home.

What can i say about that AMPS, it's beautiful :mrgreen: Leo had pretty much an all green day yesterday except for the morning.

Wow what a day i had getting home yesterday, first off my plane home was delayed due to crappy weather, fog, rain, wind. When the plane could finally land it wasn't our ususal 44 passenger work plane but the airline had sent up 3 little planes and i was on a little 8 passenger plane. We heard about the crappy weather in Saskatoon and when we finally started our descent into the city we circled and circled before landing so much i was feeling a little green myself, it had rained so much that our plane hydroplaned on landing........scary!! Then i left the city to head to my parents to pick up Leo. Accident had shut down the highway so i was forced to take gravel roads, almost got lost and got stuck a few times because of the monsoon rainfalls, thank god for 4 by 4. Seems like everything was working against me going to pick Leo up. But i finally made it, and Leo pretty much snubs me!!! What a rotten cat! That was all forgotten when i whipped out the 2 walleye (fish) i had brought home from work, Leo and his brother Toban had a walleye feast before grandma cooked up the rest for the beans.....yum, nothing better than fresh fish for supper!

Made it back home late last night and had some major cuddle action all last night and this morning. Breffis is done, and i have a very purry, lovey kitty this morning......life is great!!

Welcome and wow, what a scary landing with the hydroplaning. I always need to take a small plane from Philadelphia to my Mom's neck of the woods, and I always hold my breath for a safe landing. Ahhh, all is forgiven with Leo. They have to snub you first before giving in to cuddles. Have a nice day.

Welcome back and what a great way for Leo to start the day. Your parents are doing so well with him...his numbers look great.

What a trip!! I'm so glad you made it back safely. Those little planes are scary!!!

Wow what an adventure you had :shock: .. I'm glad that you are home and safe as well. That must have been a bit scary. And snubbing you after what you went through to pick Leo up!! I'm glad that all is forgiven and cuddles were had! What a gorgeous AMPS number :mrgreen:

Thank you so much for the kind words for Charlie Bear and me this past week. I do appreciate that you came to visit even when I couldn't be around.
Once again, glad to have you back home safe and sound and having cuddles and purring..That does make life great doesn't it!

Yeah it was kind of a scary welcome home yesterday but i've been flying to and from work now for 6 years and amazingly enough that wasn't the scariest plane ride i've had.

I've got my kitter down to 58 and i am bound and determined to get him a dose reduction so holding fingers and paws crossed that today is the day. I showed the DGp how to look at Leo's SS online and of course he phoned me and i was BTB and he was horrified that i shot an 85 today! :lol: "Get up right now Tracy and test that poor cat!!!!"

Just a reminder, whenever you shoot your lowest ever PS, please start out with a +1 and +2. Please take a look at the links below.

Dealing With Low Preshots

Perhaps the most important guideline in shooting low is that any time you shoot your lowest ever number, you should get a +1 and +2 to give you an idea of how the cycle will go. If the +1 is not higher than PS, or if +2 is much lower than PS, that means “pay attention” over the next few hours. Those tests will also help you become even more data ready for the next time you are presented with a low preshot reading.

Whoops, i assumed that 2.7 mmol/L was 50, but apparently it is 49!

Just gave Leo a small tablespoon yum yum treat of 18% FF Chicken and gravy......his all time favorite and now he is the happiest cat in the world!!

Looks like a dose reduction to 2.75 units tonight?

Yay!! Leo got his reduction!! Champ always spiked from HC so I started giving him LC or MC (depending on the number) to raise him just a smidge and then keep him surfing the mid greens. You'll be able to see how Leo reacts to the 18% and make adjustments from there. He's doing so well!!!!! And welcome home!! :-D

Way to go Leo! He was just waiting for you to get home for that dosecrease. Lots of cuddles. Yay!! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!!

Yes Tracy being green....not such a good thing. Leo being green..... :mrgreen:

Leo got a dose reduction tonight...woohoo for Leo's first of hopefully many (fingers and paws crossed) reductions.

Yikes on the 59 at +2, looks like someone wants to have a pj party! Good thing i went out and rented some movies for us to watch. Maybe some more yum yum gravy treats later?

Good grief what a trip, so glad you are safe. Give Grandma a great big hug too -- fixing those kitties the yummie fish! Looks like both our boys are cruis'in green :mrgreen:
