Hi Donna,

I'm not sure exactly why the dosecrease to 0.6u, but so be it. Stick to it for a while and let's see what happens.

I think your evening cycle is telling you/us something, but it's hard to read because there isn't too many spot checks. Any chance you can collect a few more in the next couple of days.... am thinking like between the PMPS and +6.... to see how steep the drop is and if something can be done with food to flatten out Kiki (BG sense of course.)

Any chance you can do that in the near future?

I agree with Helene, if you can grab some other spot checks every now and then in the evening, that would help. We want to be sure the dose reduction is holding. Also, when you get a number like 60, especially in a cat we don't see in that range often, it's always a good idea to test again in 30 minutes or an hour, to be sure he isn't dropping any lower.

Looking forward to seeing your PMPS! Some nice numbers starting to show up here.

Unfortunately, I leave for work shortly after the PM +6 so I don't have that luxury. Then I usually dont't get home again until the AMPS. Mon & Wed are even worse because I only have about 45-minute time span between work and class (my commute is approx. 20 minutes each way). As for moving the shot time -- no can do, because I won't even be home when it's time for the next shot. Some nights it takes everything I've got to stay awake long enough to even DO the PM shot. I'm trying to do the best I can @-)
