Happy Day 14! Congrats on all your hard work. I hope you'll still stop by from time to time to let us know how you and Blaze are doing.

Thank you Carla! You helped us so much throughout this and I appreciate all the help and advice you’ve given us! It will be very hard to stay away from the board, I will definitely check in, update evening on Blaze and help when I can too:):bighug:

OMG! Here we are - the last day! He's just about to break that ribbon at the finish line! This is an exciting day!! Can't wait until tomorrow for the big celebration!

Yes, I too hope you'll stop by and visit with us from time to time...looks like we're going to be here for a while. Some of us just have those long term kitties - they're happy to keep us busy with the testing and routine insulin shots...sheesh, if they only knew...there is another way...Not Luci though, she has to be stubborn. We'll miss your daily posts about Blaze and his goings on. But we'll look for your posts and will see how Mr. Blaze is doing out there at the Falls.. I understand it's a terrific place!

Congratulations on all the hard work you've done to earn his place at the Falls!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:joyful::joyful:

GURRRRRRLLLLL!! Congrats to you for getting Blaze :otj:!!

Blaze is so lucky to have someone who cares so much for him and has worked so hard to keep him healthy... you're awesome!! I hope he has a nice lengthy stay at the falls :D

Blaze!! Good job Boy!!! way to get that pancreas in working order!!!

Than you all for wishing Blaze a happy day 14 of his OTJ trial! I can’t believe we made it here!!

I have some questions. Do I test once a week from here on out? Just different times each week?

How often you test is up to you, though I would at least a week for a while, and definitely if you see anything off.

I remember one person whose cat wouldn’t let her stop testing daily. She resorted to doing the test setup and saying “beep” on the days she wasn’t testing. And gave the treat of course. :p

:joyful::joyful::joyful: That’s so funny! I guess they get used to their routine! Okay, I will do once a week testing. I would like to know if anything is off as soon as possible so I think once a week for a while is a good start. Thank you Wendy!
