I thought on TR you increase the dose in 3 days if the bg goes up?

Increasing/decreasing is based on the nadirs (the lowest point in the cycle). And Ravan has been hitting blue on a lot of the cycles. But this is the 9th cycle on this dose and we haven't seen a green since the 4th cycle so there may be room for an increase. Let's see what he does today and perhaps @Wendy&Neko has a recommendation?

If you don't see green today, I think you can call this a failed reduction and increase. The only green he saw may have been influenced by the 1.25 unit depot.
