Sly's pancreas reported for duty nicely last night and a lovely number out of him this morning 
A 9yr old that was diet controlled easily at the shelter got adopted to a great home this week
Sadly another sweet girl whose foster-to-adopt was supposed to be made final came back to the shelter. She shows good promise of remission, was getting low after a food switch right before she went to her trial home and they had taken her off of insulin, but sounds like she is back on insulin now. For a small shelter, we a seeing a lot of diabetics lately!
