Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty is continuing his bounce, although the AMPS number undoubtedly is food-influenced (finishing up the nighttime food close to AMPS). He had a good night sleeping with his beans, a good test, good shot, good breakfast (Wellness Chicken--a new can of the Canadian version, dated May 2015--which he gobbled up, leaving the FF T&G for later), lung treat, schmooze, and now a nap in his basket.

Now that we have postponed the Monday Paddle to next Monday, the sun is shining!! (but they are predicting thunderstorms with damaging hail, so I think we made the right decision). Today will be a catch-up day. Yesterday I found a bubble in the sidewall of one of my road bike tires, so today will change the tire. I don't want to have a blow-out while careening down a hill at 27 mph! Cookies are baked for the picnic tomorrow.

Wishing all a good day. Sending healing vines to Turnup, Zeus, Topper, and all kitties and beans who need some,

Ella & Rusty

Nice sunny start for Rusty today. Those snacks do it to all of us big guy. Nice on the good appy. Probably for the best that the paddle is postponed plus you can get that tire changed. We can't have you crashing. Have a great day Ella!

Re: 6/17 Rusty AMPS 257

Good Morning Ella

Rusty likes to come down a bit later, so I betcha he will give you some nice low blue at least, today.

It's finally sunny here, but windy, and still so wet, I cant even walk in the yard, without squishing up mud.
Good thing you found the defect in the tire during safety check :-D

Damaging hail? Noooooo, we want that!! :o

Have a good day today, Ella :-D

Re: 6/17 Rusty AMPS 257

All good except the BG. Can you work on that, Rusty? Good catch on the tire, definitely do not want to crash, at any speed. Or have a flat during a ride. On my road bike, I use tubes with slime in them to seal up punctures. Too bad about the paddle.

Re: 6/17 Rusty AMPS 257

Morning Ella, I think, like Mags, that number is food influenced. I hope Rusty gets back to his LagoonMeister duties soon. Good you caught that bubble on your bike tire. Thanks for the date on the new batch of Wellness. I most likely will stop at Petco today, as it's nearby where I have errands. Have a great day.

Re: 6/17 Rusty AMPS 257

Hi Ella. Hope Rusty brings his numbers down a bit for you, although this is a good range if you're going to be busy preparing for upcoming outings and changing tires.

Soooooooo glad you discovered the bubble on the side wall of your bike tires. Boy, that sure drives home the importance of checking over your equipment before each use.

Have a great day Ella.

What great numbers yesterday, but then the inevitable bounce! Have a great bonus day, I always seem to get so much done on unexpected free days!

Re: 6/17 Rusty AMPS 257, +5.5 144

Have a wonderful time at the picnic! I think that might be the same spot where I joined you last summer. The location on the river across from Brockville was spectacular!

Nice blues for Rusty today. Sorry your paddle got canceled, but it sounds like it was the right call with that weather forecast.

Hi again,

Not such a bad day of numbers. And the weather was pretty good: only a few showers. We could have done the Monday Paddle! The rest of the week is supposed to be good weather, so that bodes well for the picnic on the St. Lawrence tomorrow (yes, Linda, that's the camp we had the picnic at last July; I'll remember you to the gang and we'll see you in a couple of weeks).

Rusty had a lot of outdoor time today, watching for the chipmunk (he spotted Chip Chip this morning and has been looking for him all day). He's tired this evening and forgot to eat his dinner until Edward showed it to him!

I put a new tire on my road bike--a job on those skinny rims.

Everyone enjoy the evening,

Ella & Rusty

Rusty, dude, you got so close this afternoon. How about just a little bit lower tonight? The lagoon beckons.

I'm glad your weather forecast was wrong - so was our today, in a good way too. I can't imagine anyone here forgetting dinner. :o Enjoy that picnic tomorrow, sounds fun.

Looking good, Rusty! Those are better numbers but the lagoon beckons. I am totally impressed that you changed the tire, Ella. :-D :-D

Hi Ella

Sorry to be so MIA of late. I just don't know where the time goes... BUSY! I hope you guys have been well. :-D I will hope too that the day has been a good one!

it looks lie a great day for Rusty - low blues - NICE! Maybe a BMG performance at the OTJ party Rusty?

Hope you got your bike tire replaced. It does not sounds like it was a fun job. No blow-us allowed!

LOL on Rusty forgetting his dinner! Rusty - DUDE! What is up with that? :? ;-)

I hope your day has been a good one.

Sounds like a perfect day even though you didn't get to paddle. Nice slide for Rusty.

We could sure use some of your rain.

I gave up on the food...I just buy what they have and hope they will eat it regardless if it is made in Canada or the US.

Tobey had a blast!!
