Willy seems happy today.. though he flooded the box first thing this morning... wet feet/hocks... ewwww... and I just steam cleaned all my floors. :roll: ohmygod_smile

Rasta is standing up to Zell sorta... it's not a ton but it's a small, noticeable improvement. Zell let me sleep last night but was all over my for cuddles this morning (as was Willy).

Teaching Gizmo "Bang!" (lay down on the side) for fun :lol: :lol: He has learned the basic steps in about 10min so we just need to refine and pair a hand signal but still cannot learn "Stand" (literally just stand from a sitting or laying down position). Goggies. :roll: :roll: :roll:

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all our friends today, especially Sandy. Our heart breaks for her and her loss.

maybe willy thought that steam cleaning the floors was the secret hand signal for "get it on your feet and walk around on the floor." :lol:

glad to hear things are working out between Zell and Rasta! takes a while for everybody to figure out how to live together!

willy sure had a nice amps this morning! hope he stays in the good range today!

6.5 first reading 32 || second reading 42

Not taking the 32 lightly (even the 42 is low) Gave about 1tsp HC gravy with I fingered drop of Karo. Retesting in 15 Willy seems a bit dazed but perked up a ton the second he saw the can of food.

Whoa, there Willy! Point proven and dosecrease earned!! Hope he lets you get some rest tonight, Stephanie! Willie will be sure to keep an eye on him at Checkers' party tonight!! I've given him instructions to give lots of pokes, so pack extra strips!! :lol: :lol:

OMG!!! Willy full on attacked the spoon to get the food off of it (ie: smacked it claws ablazing, bit it, etc.). He flung food everywhere!!! Including all over my jeans and the cupboard doors. He nipped me once in the process but it was such a funny reaction I'm not even mad about it. :lol: This is a reminder as to why we don't give him treats!! :lol: :lol:

i have to prep punkin's food on a counter - can't put it in a dish already on the floor because he's trying to eat it before you've gotten it in there.

Willy is kept in the bathroom during food prep because he will attack you or try to get at the food and generally just be really upset. He has to be fed separately from Zell and Rasta because he eats so darn fast and he will take their food. Zell will try to get up on the counters when we're getting food ready and generally is just a pain with his rattle snake tail and shark circling. He generally leaves Rasta alone when he finishes his dinner (then do clean up when Rasta leaves). Occasionally he needs a reminded that when he's done, he should politely exit the kitchen but overall he's gotten better about it. Rasta could care less, he knows it coming sooner or later and he takes his time eating.


AHAHAHA! DH was teasing me for getting attacked with a spoon... Willy just jumped up at his hand all of a sudden out of nowhere claws out. It's only a flesh wound!!

What great numbers for Willy today!!! Yay for the dosecrease. Great job Steph. I hope you get some rest tonight!
