Good Morning LL! DH is still the BIC, though Tess is really running the show. :lol: Bright sunshine this morning (except for the bean, who needs ~O) ~O) ~O) , the marine layer is in his head :lol: ). Ann got safely to LA yesterday, except her trip on The 5 to Orange County took her an extra hour ohmygod_smile , but she got to her clay shop before they closed. She thinks she will be back this evening as the workshop is only half a day. I got a bike ride in yesterday afternoon between all the pokies. It was a nice green day for Tess. Nice numbers in the 60's and no additional carbs needed. Now if she can just repeat today :roll:

WCR Only 4 Ps so far this morning, and still working on the Clean Plate Club. She only has a couple of bites left that she is saving till right before time for a test :lol: She seems to be on an alternate day schedule for bowl movements. She is now watching the birdies from her window perch. Will plobable demand lap time soon. :mrgreen: John

Hey John! Wonderful day yesterday, resting day today - not too bad either, sunny yellow, and at least it is flat... hope Tess had fun with the birdie watching. She needs to teach Mannie - he could care less. :lol: :lol:

God that Ann made it OK - hope the workshop is a good one. Kudos for you for getting a bike ride in in the midst of all those pokies. Well done!

Nice day yesterday and good job, ,John. Tess just needed a break today.

Glad Ann made it ok...home she got back tonight.
