Sorry to ask this again... it's been a little bit of a crazy morning. Tango tested 330 at +10 from last night's cycle. This was about 5 minutes after he ate. We need to give insulin a little early (about 20 minutes) this morning and won't be able to test again for 4 hours. Would it be better to shoot 2.25 this morning and start 2.50 tonight?

I don’t think he will go too low on the first shot before +4 but for your peace of mind there’s nothing wrong with starting tonight.
