? 6/16 PM +9 47; Dosing Advice Please

Good morning! Lily has been doing pretty well and I hate to be a pain but I do have a dosing question. Overnight she went down to 47 @ the +9 hour. I checked her a second time and she was 48. My question is should I reduce her dosage at all today? I will be home to monitor after the AM +4 hour. Thanks in advance!

I would reduce today. You might be home today to monitor, but due to the nature of the depot, she might go low again in a day or two when you cannot be home to monitor. Surf safe Lily!

I reduced her by 25%. So I gave her 36 units this morning. I hope that was enough of a reduction.

Sounds like a reasonable reduction to me.
Hopefully the depot will drain and settle before you are in a position where you are not able to monitor as closely.

The 25% reduction will help reduce the depot, but may end up being too large a permanent reduction. 10-15% might be a better reduced dose.

Good thing you reduced, I see lots of green today.

Lily had "yellow' a couple of hours after her meal last night but back to the blues now. I increased by 2 units, so now she is at 38 units. We will see what today brings...
