Morning, it's still very early here and I am wide awake. Special thoughts and prayers for Sandy with the sudden loss of Tessie Lou! There has been so much sadness on LL lately with ill pets and those crossing the Bridge. It just doesn't seem right; we take our pets to the Vet for a procedure and something terrible happens. Anesthesia and other procedures are all a risk we take to ensure our pet's health and to get a diagnosis, but stuff happens unfortunately, beyond our control. It happens with us, too!

All P's in place. I have an early Rheumatology appt up north this morning, and I wish Maggie were higher. I may need to leave her some FF Turkey & Giblets, as I won't get a chance to get a +2. I just took her bg, and don't shoot until 4:15, so we'll see. It's a nice drive up north, and I always leave extra early to miss traffic. There is a neat coffee shop near my doctor's office, and I always stop and get a cup of strong coffee and a gourmet muffin. It's near the coast, too. Have a nice day everyone!

LL has been a sad place lately but it's also a comfort, no one goes through these things alone.

Hope Maggie's #s hold steady while you're away. Sounds like a lovely place, the coast is always so calming. Enjoy your gourmet muffin and coffee, sounds delicious!

Hi Iorwen and oh sorry, I didn't mean to sound like like Missy Saddie poo - I guess I was just feeling bad and missing my GA kitty, too! I'll brighten up soon. :smile:

That's quite a drop just for the +1, and she's had two breffifs. Out comes the FF turkey & giblets to keep her surfing and from dropping while I'm gone all morning.

Maggie looks good today. Hope she just surfs for you.

I have a rheumatology appt today too. Funny! There is a Wendy's next door and it is the only time I treat myself to a shake. :lol: Hope your appt goes well as does your trip to and from.

Hi guys .. yes, it is always sad to have a furbaby go so unexpectedly .. but like Iorwen said, at least we are all here for each other .. I hope both your appt's go well and you both enjoy your shake and coffee! Have a great day guys!

+8 154 This is a food spike from the FF Turkey & Giblets topping I left for her to keep from dropping while I was gone this morning.

Hi Devon, you're so right. It is sad to lose a beloved furbaby and thank goodness for LL for support. I hope all is well with you and Mocha.

+3 159 hmm...either I did a fur shot or misjudged the dose!

Hi ya Christie and thanks for visiting us. My appt went well, two hours to MRI my hand, wrist and foot! I had coffee and a magazine to pass the time away. I was worried about leaving Maggie as any time I'm gone, she decides to have lower numbers. The FF turkey & giblets kept her surfing.
 
MRIs are no fun! I just had a checkup for my rheumatoid arthritis. My meds are working great so it didn't take long.

Hope you have a relaxing evening!!
