Hopefully I managed to get the correct amount into her. Filled the syringe to .5u, tapped it to get any air bubbles to rise to the needle end and gently pushed the stopper so it was in the middle of the 0u line.

Felt guilty wasting it, even though it was a bare few drops, and we're probably going to 'waste' the majority of this vial of insulin once the expiration hits.

Just make sure the zero line aligns with the plunger when full pressed. The markings on syringes can be quite off.

Look at the zero on the below syringes when the plunger is fully pressed!

Did you set up your own spreadsheet or did somebody else do it for you?

Yeah, the syringes I have seem to be off by a tad. '0 units' seems to be at about .25 or .5 or something. Maybe a couple drops when I administer.

Just easier for me to use if the dates are 'frozen' to the side, and I have the actual times listed under the +1,+2,+3 values ... especially since I'm doing it at 'half hour' markers instead of 'full hour'.

I had to bribe her with food to sit still!

I was so flustered about it, I forgot I wanted to warm up the bag before giving it to her (#catmomoftheyear ). I could tell she was cold and unhappy afterwards. Hopefully she let's me do it again next week.

I feel like I'm uninstalling/reinstalling at least once a day IDK that its because someone is looking at my ss, because I feel like there are 'high traffic' days where it's not an issue. I try to close the app when I'm done using it, and I rarely if ever pull it open on desktop. So I'm not sure what the problem is. I see tons of people complaining about it in the reviews section of the app store, but Google's just like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Are you on computer or phone?

I don't uninstall/reinstall. I just change the security settings because it's faster. The "anyone with the link can..." is set to viewer. I just change it to commenter, let it process the change, then change it back to viewer, let it process. Usually then it asks to reload and is fine. Worst case I close the file and reopen and then it's fine. Faster than uninstall/reinstall

Y'all, I think I've created a monster. A tiny, fluffy, dictatorous monster, who's only mission in life is to get more raw food. What have I done.

Anyway. She's zooming all over the house. I think even she's confused by the new found energy, because she'll zoom herself right into a tight space and be like "Wait, what am I doing? Mom? MAAAAAWMMMM? Get me out!"

Shes 18, soon to be 19, she has no right

Joking aside, I'm sure some of this is her being nicely hydrated from the SubQs yesterday, but it's nice - before, when I watered down her canned food you could tell she wasnt exactly happy about it - but now I can make it soupy af and she doesnt care, she's still as enthusiastic about it.
